ShareDox may be deployed in your own datacenter, or can be delivered as a fully web based hosted solution in the form of a Software as a Service (SaaS) application. Alternatively, Intergral can even remotely manage the application for you. The choice is yours:
Our hosted service gives you a cost-effective, pay as you go option, which gives you a clear overview of your Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). We will host your ShareDox system with either your own data center or one of our hosting partners (with locations all over the World) this option is also available with our remote and managed support services. NOTE: If you decide on a hosted SaaS solution, but would like to transition to an in-house solution in the future, this is not a problem. ShareDox is designed to allow easy transfer of data.
ShareDox may be installed at your own in-house facility. Running on industry standard hardware and software, system installation can be performed in a short space of time.
ShareDox is also available as a managed service. The client owns the software license and Intergral maintains the application and ensures that the service is available and performs regular system administration services as part of a Service Level Agreement.
Remote technical support are responsible for all technical level support calls e.g. restarting a production server, investigating why a process did not run, trouble-shooting, database support, new installations, software updates, machine monitoring, pro-active machine maintenance etc.
